Served as first Head of Product spearheading the 0-to-1 development of MarketPryce's first AI-powered marketplace helping brands connect with student-athletes who share their values to discover authentic campus culture drivers. I owned the end-to-end strategy, orchestrating the entire product life cycle, and formulating a robust monetization strategy for this innovative AI-powered marketplace. To make this vision a reality, I intricately designed and implemented crucial API integrations with industry giants such as Stripe, AWS Personalize, AWS OpenSearch, and Social IQ, which collectively powered the seamless, end-to-end user experience.

 
 

MarketPryce’s AI Marketplace: Materialized swiftly, transitioning from a mere concept to its inaugural launch within a remarkable 90-day span. In October 2023, we introduced the very first iteration of our marketplace, captivating the interest of two paying customers.

Research & Refinement: In our pursuit of excellence, we sought critical insights from over 45 customer interviews which provided valuable feedback and allowed us to quickly validate concepts, ensuring the products we brought to market were precisely attuned to user needs and pain points.

AI Data Set: We also harnessed the power of innovative tools such as Social IQ, Typeform and Zapier, alongside a few custom scripts, to streamline and enhance data collection. This optimization significantly improved the outcomes of our AI-powered matching algorithm, making our curated brand-athlete partnerships even more precise and effective.
