Challenge
Competitive intelligence was buried in long-form reports that sales reps never read. The challenge was surfacing the right insight at the right moment — during live calls, during deal cycles — without adding friction to existing workflows.
Solution
Built Sparks, an AI assistant that auto-generates competitive battlecards and summaries from transcribed sales calls. Integrated with Gong to pull call data into Crayon's intelligence engine, then used LLMs to extract, rank, and surface competitor mentions with context. Shipped the product from concept to GA in under 6 months.
