Call tracking data was trapped in desktop dashboards that field reps never accessed. The mobile experience was an afterthought, and CRM integrations required manual data entry, creating data quality problems downstream.
Solution
Designed and shipped a mobile-first call tracking app for field sales. Built the Zoho CRM integration that auto-synced call data, transcriptions, and outcomes. Collaborated with engineering to redesign the API surface for third-party developer adoption.
