Designed and ran a Web3 buildathon that taught developers and creators how to build with NFTs and blockchain primitives, from zero coding experience to a shipped project in a weekend.
Challenge
Web3 tooling was technically inaccessible to most product builders. The learning curve was steep and the community was insular. The goal was to design an experience that lowered the barrier without dumbing down the technology.
Solution
Built a structured buildathon curriculum, selected and onboarded mentors, designed the submission and judging experience, and shipped the event infrastructure from scratch. Focused on practical, project-based learning with real deployed outputs.
Impact

- •Got non-technical builders writing and deploying NFT contracts in under 48 hours
