Challenge
Sales dialer software was commoditizing. PhoneBurner needed to differentiate through intelligence, making calls more effective, not just faster. The platform also had a large API ecosystem that needed productization.
Solution
Shipped NLP-powered call transcription and sentiment analysis, enabling managers to coach from conversation data instead of spot-check recordings. Built a developer-first API product with documentation, SDKs, and an integration marketplace. Led the transition from feature releases to a platform model.
